At AudioDeluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
